jenni's update-after-a-long-time-of-being-lazy

i've gotten really annoying according to justin. it's because i'm pretty much obsessed over counting calories. but this last weekend i got better. because it annoyed him so much, i promised him i'd pig out with him over the weekend, but during the week he'll have to endure me talking about and nitpicking about my foods.

i've put myself on the around-1000 calories a day diet. and i've stabilized around 109-111 pounds now. i don't think it'll go down anymore unless i really exercise. i'm not the exercising type. but it's kinda messed up how i eat so little yet my weight won't drop anymore. oh well. i totally messed up last nite because i was grocery shopping and i saw that they opened a beard papa by the japanese market and i just had to try one of their cream puffs! it was sooooo good. i ate 1.5 puffs, so (from my research) that's about 330-375 calories. that was gonna be my DINNER! but after shopping i was still starving, so i had a burger (i forman grilled the fat out of it) with cheese and no bread. i WAS gonna use one slice of bread, but the bread got moldy. i went to bed happy.

justin and i built forts like 2 weekends ago. it was fun naked times. picture of the fort in the newest gallery addition.

as much as i'm nuts about tea still, loose tea is good, but hassle. i think after i finish my current stash of loose tea, imma go back to using tea bags, but i'll do some research to find some good tea bags.

yeah i'm pretty obsessed about food. so i actually made a relatively big investment yesterday with the purchase of mr. bento and a cutlery multitool. i'm soo excited about getting those! then i dont' have to carry a gazillian tupperware boxes to work, cuz i bring a lot of food to much on throughout the day. today i have grapes and apple and tilapia and bok choy and zucchini. i cook in the morning.

work gripes

why do people love to have the last hand in anything? i get a little peeved, cuz when i worked with WPT, the programmers do their backend stuff first, and then i do the css for the frontend to make it look nice. and that system never had any problems.

now, here, the programmer insists that i do my stuff first with photoshop and css. and since i'm not familar with asp.net, i dont' know how to anticipate the inputs. just so it happens that my css styled input tags are taken out and he says that he can't put the css classes into them. i just hate it when i do work and it gets nullified because the backend person wants has to do their stuff.

when it was the other way around, i've NEVER ONCE nullified the programmers' work. it's like wanting me to paint the house first, then taking it apart then bulidling the insides. it's not a good process. it's pissing me off.

weekly update

i got my SIDEKICK 3 !!!! yay!!! i will spare you a picture of me holding a sidekick 3 until i figure out how and what design i wanna "bling" this phone out with. i was playing with it, and i like taking pictures with it, cuz the pictures from this phone are actually presentable. so check out the newest (although short) set of pics in the gallery. no links this time because you should know where it is by now.

and i figured a way to update my cam picture straight from the sidekick now (which is where the current cam pic is from). hurray for me!

tomorrow i think i'm gonna walk to the bank (i got paid today), and then to the library to get a library card. i want some books, but i'm to cheap to buy them. and the walk will be my exercise. i love multi tasking.

so my weight loss plan is going well, i've lost 5-6 pounds in the last 3 weeks. i'm down to 116lb right now. go me!
