i went to my first sports game and it was lakers game 4 playoff against minnesota. OMG it was sooooo fun!

charlie picked me up, then has hawaiin food at the loft (yummy!) then went to the game early. we to got see shaq drive up! our seats were in the toppest section, but then we were in the row, so it was all good ^_^

man i never knew it'd be so fun! i'd talk more about it, but u can prolly just watch sports channel and get a better story...

pics here! i had a pretty good time. pierce picked me up through LA traffic and drove me to SD for his prom. i LOVE dressing up! i feel all pretty and stuff! i wanted to dance more, but then pierce wasn't very cooperative in that respect...

E3 was sooo awesome!

so i found out friday morning that jon's friend could get me into E3... i rushed to get ready and drove to the LA convention center and shelled out $25 for damn parking. i got in, looked all over for jon, finally found him. then we waited for his friend, all the while afraid that he won't show up. finally he does, and we walk over to the guest pass processing booth in the west hall. alas! we needed 2 forms of business ID! jon said that last year they weren't so strict. so we were pretty bummed since we had NOTHING. desperate we walked all the way back to south hall where they lady stamped verified on our forms and let us get our badges! kickass!

everyone split up inside, for most of the time, i walked around with jon and david, marvelling and the magnificent exhibits. needless to say i was drawn to the square enix and kingdom hearts displays. i played so many games that day! karaoke revolution is actually pretty fun, i gotta get that soon. leisure suit larry looks skankily fun too! overall it was SOOOO wow. wut was also cool that i got 3 free shirts! free shirts are always good and imma look over the brochures i got as soon as i get a chance. thanx jon for the hookup!

Among all the stuff that happened in the past month was the "East West Players Dinner" and "Bondage Ball."

the EWP dinner was courtesy of click2asia since we had our own table there. it was pretty cool cuz we got to see a bunch of asian celebrities. among those were Tia Carrere, Kelly Hu, Amy Hill, Tamilyn Tomita, Dat Phan, Harlemm Lee, Jenni Selma, John Cho, Leonardo Nam. i didn't get a glimpse of John Cho, but tiffany told me he was there. i got to take pictures with Tia and Tamlyn, so that was pretty cool! i was pretty starstruck since i didn't grow up in LA and i'm not used to seeing celebrities. kelly hu was really pretty, but i heard that she was pretty stuck up in real life, but shes soooo pretty!

the bondage ball was held at the athletics club in hollywood. shane had an extra ticket and i got to go with him! it was pretty fun, esp since he was a great date. it was basically like going clubbing where they're playing heavier music, but with stages where there were "perfomances." nothing too raunchy tho, just some flogging and tying up. everyone was so dressed up, i stood out since my clothes were too normal... but i couldn't find anything!!! i knew i had stuff, but since moving, i have no idea where most of my stuff is. all in all, i basically danced the night away with a break in between to look around. fun times! never knew i could dance to that kinda music.

this was the greatest concert ever!!!!!! i can't believe kel got tix and took me! it was the biggest gathering of like-geekers i've ever been to and it was sooo cool! i'm still so psyched about it! they started with "liberi fatali", played "love grows" right before intermission, and played the grad theme from ff8 right before Nobuo made his speech. the other cool songs were "terra's theme", "zanarkand", "aeris's theme", "I-III medley" (they had the chocobo theme!), and they ended the whole thing with the music of Sephiroth. we also got to hear some music form Advent Children, which someone told me is already out and u'd have to go to J-town to get or watch it or something. sooooooo happy!!! i teared up during the "liberi fatali" and "zanarkand" cuz they played some CG on the screens, and during "love grows" i cried cuz it just brought back so much feelings!

one cool thing that i did was that i changed my tire all by myself! i was driving on the 605 when my tire all of a sudden ripped, so i drove to the side and i put on the spare. i was kinda daunted at first, but then i remember that video in driver's ed, so i took off the tire and put on the spare. it wasn't difficult at all! 2 people stopped to ask if i needed help, but obviously i did'nt, since i'm the shiznit ^_^ charlie then came to my rescue, since i didn't know what to do from there. so he took the broken tire and we drove to the nearest gas station to put air in my spare. he was like "you know how to change a tire, but you don't know how to fill it with air?" i'm like "so, they didn't teach us that in driver's ed." anyways, now i know what to do!
